In the start of 2022, she uploaded the Glow Up Sessions, which was her last official workout program as of now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I remembered a memory of shopping at a Goodwill store back in 5th grade when we were buying some shoes for walking around Pine Cove. Eventually, I purchased Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules on DVD and decided to just use old shoes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In September 2022, I was browsing through the local Goodwill and found some VHS tapes and DVDs, but I realized some of the discs were fitness titles, so I decided to get 5 titles:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Biggest Loser: Power Walk (2010)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Winsor Pilates: 20 Minute Winsor Pilates Circle Workout\/Accelerated Fat Burning (2006)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Method: Pilates All-in-One Workout (1997\/2002)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I Love My Pilates 2-Disc Set (2008)<sup data-fn=\"ccb963b1-0396-4576-81e9-3405837de9d7\" class=\"fn\"><a href=\"#ccb963b1-0396-4576-81e9-3405837de9d7\" id=\"ccb963b1-0396-4576-81e9-3405837de9d7-link\">1<\/a><\/sup><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Essential Pilates 2-Disc Set (2004)<sup data-fn=\"4733d0c8-784f-40e1-99f4-5e7cd7995fd1\" class=\"fn\"><a href=\"#4733d0c8-784f-40e1-99f4-5e7cd7995fd1\" id=\"4733d0c8-784f-40e1-99f4-5e7cd7995fd1-link\">2<\/a><\/sup><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-footnotes\"><li id=\"ccb963b1-0396-4576-81e9-3405837de9d7\">only came with Disc 2 (Total Body Workout) <a href=\"#ccb963b1-0396-4576-81e9-3405837de9d7-link\" aria-label=\"Jump to footnote reference 1\">\u21a9\ufe0e<\/a><\/li><li id=\"4733d0c8-784f-40e1-99f4-5e7cd7995fd1\">ended up donating it to Goodwill in June 2023 <a href=\"#4733d0c8-784f-40e1-99f4-5e7cd7995fd1-link\" aria-label=\"Jump to footnote reference 2\">\u21a9\ufe0e<\/a><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n<p>After buying the DVDs, I used them with Cassey&#8217;s workout videos on YouTube until February 2023, when she wasn&#8217;t making any new workout videos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My collecting spark started to fire up again when seeing a <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/B1d09kU8uiQ?si=0jVHAMh6rrCe3Ind\">VHS upload <\/a>for Island Girl: Hula Workout for Weight Loss, and was the first DVD in my collection to be distributed by Natural Journeys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By the end of 2023, I have owned 20 different titles in my collection and would want to upload the titles to YouTube very soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-sweetrose<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>During the COVID-19 pandemic, I started to fall in love with @blogilates workout videos on YouTube, and did some of Cassey&#8217;s programs.
