Overall, December has been a hard month for me to cope with things, but I\u2019m still alive on this blog. Writing a single post takes a lot of mental processing for me to express my opinions, especially when it comes to my workout DVD reviews. I\u2019m going through a lot right now, and that\u2019s okay. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
It\u2019s hard to explain my current situation into words, but I can always take it one step at a time. Self-care is essential for me, and it helps me cope when I\u2019m feeling overwhelmed. At the end of the day, I have done all that I can to help myself and others through difficult times like this. On the positive side of things, I want to envision the new year as an opportunity to have a \u201cnew beginning\u201d and move on from the past experiences. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The workout that I will be doing on New Year\u2019s Day is going to be The Method: Pilates All in One Workout, which will be followed by a post reflecting on the current status of my health and fitness journey (which will be posted in the coming weeks). I\u2019m also planning on updating this blog to have a new look and feel to it, as I\u2019m going to be working on soon.
