tf-galDuring the COVID-19 pandemic, I started to fall in love with @blogilates workout videos on YouTube, and did some of Cassey’s programs. In the start of 2022, she uploaded the Glow Up Sessions, which was her last official workout program as of now.
I remembered a memory of shopping at a Goodwill store back in 5th grade when we were buying some shoes for walking around Pine Cove. Eventually, I purchased Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules on DVD and decided to just use old shoes.
In September 2022, I was browsing through the local Goodwill and found some VHS tapes and DVDs, but I realized some of the discs were fitness titles, so I decided to get 5 titles:
- The Biggest Loser: Power Walk (2010)
- Winsor Pilates: 20 Minute Winsor Pilates Circle Workout/Accelerated Fat Burning (2006)
- The Method: Pilates All-in-One Workout (1997/2002)
- I Love My Pilates 2-Disc Set (2008)1
- The Essential Pilates 2-Disc Set (2004)2
After buying the DVDs, I used them with Cassey’s workout videos on YouTube until February 2023, when she wasn’t making any new workout videos.
My collecting spark started to fire up again when seeing a VHS upload for Island Girl: Hula Workout for Weight Loss, and was the first DVD in my collection to be distributed by Natural Journeys.
By the end of 2023, I have owned 20 different titles in my collection and would want to upload the titles to YouTube very soon.
