January has been a hard mom for me, as I am slowly easing back into my normal routine and taking care of myself- both physically and mentally. The first project of 2025 is a self-paced version of the 10 Minute Trainer program, which allows for a lot of flexibility depending on your schedule. Before I publish my full review, I’m going to develop a suitable workout schedule that integrates 10 Minute Trainer with the following DVDs:

*These yoga programs can be used for any time of the day, but the DVD can only be used when it’s necessary.
**This DVD was previously scrapped from this project, but I have decided to include HHDM in this compilation.
Also, the total number of weeks have been increased from 4 to 5 because of my recent sickness. This approach will give me plenty of time to finish any timesaver workout segments that I haven’t finished yet, like commenting on the Trainer Tracks (bonus audio commentary) for each of the workouts.
