The holiday season has been pretty busy, and I have been spending time with family and friends over the winter break. This month, I have been taking care of myself, both physically and mentally – but I haven’t had the time over the break to write any more reviews. With the beginning of 2025 on the horizon, it seems like I need to have some time to process my emotions.
The following reviews will be delayed until further notice:
- Yoga Booty Ballet review: Part 4 (final review for YBB)
- Living Arts: The All Day Yoga Workout
- Minna Lessig: Emergency Workout
- QuickFix Total Mix: The Complete Total Body Workout System
Overall, December has been a hard month for me to cope with things, but I’m still alive on this blog. Writing a single post takes a lot of mental processing for me to express my opinions, especially when it comes to my workout DVD reviews. I’m going through a lot right now, and that’s okay.
It’s hard to explain my current situation into words, but I can always take it one step at a time. Self-care is essential for me, and it helps me cope when I’m feeling overwhelmed. At the end of the day, I have done all that I can to help myself and others through difficult times like this. On the positive side of things, I want to envision the new year as an opportunity to have a “new beginning” and move on from the past experiences.
The workout that I will be doing on New Year’s Day is going to be The Method: Pilates All in One Workout, which will be followed by a post reflecting on the current status of my health and fitness journey (which will be posted in the coming weeks). I’m also planning on updating this blog to have a new look and feel to it, as I’m going to be working on soon. Thanks for taking the time to read this post, and I hope that 2025 will be a wonderful year for you, dear reader.
