Hello everybody!

Right now I am currently doing the Turbo Jam program, and this was one of the few DVDs that I forgot to review back in April/May, which also includes Tony Horton’s 10 Minute Trainer. Along with this, I could not import any of the photos for my “Turbo Jam: The First 10 Days” post, so I went ahead and posted some other stuff that you might enjoy, such as my Solo Summer Movie Reviews series.

I have been very busy lately with trying to balance my hobbies, duties and other life events, and sometimes I don’t get a break to myself. For me, it’s very important to maintain a consistent schedule for publishing new posts, and I will try to get them done as soon as possible. On the other hand, both of my YouTube channels have been on hiatus for a very long time because I was still thinking about what else to post on this blog.

My goal for this month is to branch out and find new special interests as I can recover from struggling with text anxiety during STAAR season, the loss of a friend – and the loss of a special interest along with it.

Right now, I plan to start learning Japanese (self-paced, with the help from a variety of resources), listen to relaxing music to calm me down, and try to read more books over the summer. Most importantly, I will have to take my time when engaging in new special interests and hobbies because my mind is constantly active when processing new information.

If anything goes wrong during this month, I will go to a familiar quiet place of mine and use a visualization method called evocative imagery. This simply means I am evoking a feeling from the past with with a unique symbol, which can utilize any of the five senses: sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch. When I am transported to a location in my mind, I simply imagine what it will be like to feel enlightened in the space that I found. In my experience, this technique not only helps me to feel relaxed, but I also gain the strength and willpower needed to assist with achieving my goals.

By July, I will have a positive mindset to review Slim in 6 and Yoga Booty Ballet in the future, whenever I get the chance to. My DVD collection will be increasing every 2-3 months prior to me writing reviews for titles that I already owned. However, I will be combining Slim in 6 with another popular fitness program from someone who you won’t expect.

Anyways, that’s all I have to say for now. I hope you all have a great summer break!
