This post and the next two reviews (10 Minute Solution: Pilates and Tony Horton’s 10 Minute Trainer) were supposed to be published in May 2024 but I was busy with some other important reviews to publish.

However, the next batch of DVD reviews will be bought from a thrift store and are very special titles. They will be picked out by me; the Slim in 6 program will return in late June/July 2024.

That is all I have to say for now because I recently updated a few workout DVD ratings under the new rating system, but I also forgot to review Denise Austin: Yoga Body Burn and The Biggest Loser: Weight Loss Yoga as a comparison review in April 2024.
